Part 1: The Humiliation
Emily Carter sat silently in the luxurious salon, fighting back tears.
Only a week ago, she had been one of the most respected employees at the prestigious Ashford Hotel. She worked hard, treated everyone with kindness, and dreamed of becoming the hotel's youngest manager.

But everything changed when Victor Langley, the arrogant son of the hotel's owner, accused her of stealing a valuable diamond bracelet.
There was no evidence.
No investigation.
Only Victor's word.
To make an example of her, he ordered a public punishment. In front of staff members and wealthy guests, Emily was forced into a chair while Victor laughed.
"Let's see how confident you are without your beautiful hair," he said.
The electric clippers buzzed loudly.
Locks of brown hair fell onto the marble floor.
Emily's eyes filled with tears as the crowd watched.
Nobody dared stop him.
Nobody except one man.
At the far end of the room stood a tall stranger dressed in a dark suit and black coat.
His name was Alexander Hayes.
And he had been watching everything.
Victor didn't notice him. He was too busy enjoying Emily's humiliation.
By the time the shaving was finished, Emily's head was nearly bald.
Victor stepped back, smiling proudly.
"Now everyone knows what happens to thieves."
The crowd laughed nervously.
But Alexander didn't laugh.
His expression grew colder with every second.
And when he finally began walking toward them, the room suddenly became silent.
